My winrate is 0.5bb/100 (0.8evbb) after 110k hands

my positional winrates:

As you can see I'm an ATM on the big blind.
some stats:

bb 3b vs co 7 % (no one really has a high f3 in my pool)
bb 3b vs btn 13%
bb 3b vs sb 14%

bb call vs co 18% (general opponent's open size is 3bb)
bb call vs btn 32% (general opponent's open size 2.5(mostly) and 3bb)

bb vs btn fold to cbet 57%

anything jumps outs?

What material can you suggest on BB defense? Either reads or videos on this website (I'm on essential sub)
