I want to know if I open 45% on the bu. and the guy on BB 3 bet me 6% do I really need to defend at least 15% of my range so I can not be exploited?

When someone Cbet 100% of the time pot bet. I need to defend atleast 60% right?

But if someone Cbet 50% pot bet. Do I need only call with atleast 30% on the flop?
