it's not possible to just practise 3b ranges?

Thanks for all the replies and the discussion. It seems there are different approaches so I will just keep studying and see what works for me. I will start by trying to understand the fundamentals by watching videos here on RIO and move to solvers when needed. I assume there are videos for that too.
Thanks again

Thanks for all your quick replies.
So say I want to know the GTO open frequencies from SB, and the Fold-Call-3Bet ranges from BB. Is all I need for that a solver? I was kind of postponing paying for the solver and all that comes with it, I thought maybe these type of ranges were already common knowledge? But I haven't seen anyone mention them in a video so far (mind you, I haven't watched many videos).
I don't want to be a burden, but here's one last question: Do you guys know of any video that is especially about exploitative play? How to exploit a weaker players (big) mistakes?
Thanks again.

Hello!
Like it says in the title: I want to learn how to play NLHE HU properly with GTO strategy. I'm doing the course "Ground the Ground Up" for 6max right now, but I really want to learn more about HU. Where should I start? Can you guys recommend something? I'm having a hard time finding videos that suit my need... And I don't want to learn anything that's outdated!
Thanks on beforehand!
