Thank you for sharing Disharmonist.
Yeah I kinda feel the same way about this spot now after a few more sessions. I started getting a better feel of the game overall after the long break.

Hello guys,

I've started playing again Live NL after a break of a couple of years and I have come across some deep multiway spots where I would like to hear some of your thoughts on those.
One such hand I played last session.

The game is 9handed-10/20euro and everybody plays deep between 200-500BB.
Preflop
I raise JsJc UTG to 80 and get 4 calls(UTG+1,HJ,CO,BB) (occurs often in this live games)
Flop (Pot 410) Th9h5d

I would like to hear from you on
1)What bet size(%POT) do you think is best in this multiway spots?
2)Would you bet the same amount with your whole range or you would split it somehow?

My plan was to bet small between(45-60% POT) on the flop and if called considering to bet big or overbet on some turn cards

Thank you

Good video, Phil

A few question regarding preflop hand selection:

@14:06 KQJ3ss against short CO full pot open you folded pre (Would you have called Ike's raise if he was a little deeper?), while with a similar hand

@19:15 KQJ5ss against a short UTG open and a BTN call, you decided to call in the SB. Was this due to the good relative position you have on the player in the BTN?

@15:53 7756 you folded pre in the CO against a deep EP open. Isn t that a good enough hand to play IP deep?Would you have called that hand in the BTN?

Thank you.

Post | misu200 posted in PLO: Cold call 4B pre OOP deep?

Hello,

I was play last night a 20/50PLO and the following hand occured.

CO raise 150.BTN reraise to 400. SB reraise 1600. BB calls 1600...

Stacks are CO:10000 BTN 6000 SB 10000 BB 7000

Now CO is a weak player. BTN is a regular TAG with a pretty strong 3b Range.SB is a regular LAG but he might be a little tilting and is stuck for the session. BB is a regular TAG.

My question is: what would be a good calling range in that spot for BB?

In the actual hand the CO fold. BTN reraise allin. SB call. BB call.

BB held KJT9ss.

This is what I got on the Omaha Ranger for this hand. This also shows that shoving the flop is better than just calling to wait for a non diamond since we still have 33.4% against the above range when a diamond hits the turn.

I thought about just calling and shoving a non-diamond but I felt with only 3500 left on the turn in a 7000 pot, shoving the flop is better than calling . At what stack depth left on the turn would you consider shoving the flop instead of just calling? Maybe somebody can calculate what would be the stack size for a shove on the flop to be more +EV than just calling and getting it in on a non-diamond given the assumed ranges.

The game is running at the Wynn Casino and it's open for everyone.

Post | misu200 posted in PLO: 3B pot 10/20 deep LIVE MACAU

Hello guys,

This is a hand I played recently in Macau. Game is equivalent to 10/20 EURO

LJ: 7000
HJ: 9132
CO: 4800
BN: 7500(Hero)
SB: 4967
BB:5000
UTG: 11000
UTG1: 9300

Preflop(30) (8 Players)

Hero was dealt Ah9h8s6s
UTG calls 20,UTG1 raises to 90, LJ calls 90, HJ folds, CO folds, Hero raises to 410, SB folds, BB folds, UTG folds, UTG1 folds, LJ calls 410

Flop(950) Ad7d6c (2 Players)

LJ checks, Hero bets 750, LJ raises to 3000, Hero ?

I put LJ on a tight range in this spot consisting of {{AA}50, SET+(OE>,FD),2PR1+(OE>,FD),TP>+(OE>,FD),OE>+FD,TP>+OE>+FD}

I'm interested in how you would have played this hand. Would you consider checking back this hand with this SPR?. As the hand played out would you go with the hand against the above range?(I'm not familiar with the propokertools syntax to input it myself but I'm guessing my hand is 35-40% dog against the range I described above, and since I need 40% to break even I think it is a slight mistake to go with my hand)What do you think?Thank you
