Of course, I hope the warning reaches as many people as possible. It has already started a good debate on the Cardrunners forum: http://www.cardrunners.com/cr_forums/showthread.php?228671-Warning-Various-scams-by-Damian-Copeland-aka-quot-Spungeh-quot&p=2377901#post2377901

Hello runitonce community,
I am a former professional poker player and staker, member
of the PokerStrategy.com community, where my username is »mindan«.
The purpose of this thread is to warn people about Damian
Copeland's fraudulent staking activity.
As shown in this thread: http://www.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?threadid=252552&threadview=0&hilight=&hilightuser=0&page=1
he broke several agreements.
1. Starting another stake without ever officially discussing
with previous backers.
2. Presenting one of his backers with fake graphs (which led
to the backer, mindan, sending him more money).
3. Playing games outside the agreed stakes.
4. Failing to present continuous updates as agreed
initially.
5. Failing to repay as agreed. Link to his repay agreement: http://www.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?threadid=252552&threadview=0&hilight=&hilightuser=0&page=10
So far Damian Copeland's screen name was »Spungeh«.
