Im new to sight and im looking for strategy videos that will benefit me in the games I play. I play in several private 10 handed lose games that 90% of the time have a wealthy player potting or repotting pre flop 80% of hands. any feed back would be appreciated.

I was just wondering if anyone can give me some direction. In san Antonio where im from we have really good plo and hi low plo games. I have played in some of these games and while I would consider myself a fish at both games I recognize that there is much more fish than me in the game. In hi lo I read a book and basicly memorized good starting hands and I just work from that base line. I have no idea what good starting hand to play for plo. Can someone please advise me on best videos to watch or any other materials to study for a beginner like me?
