for me is a standart hand. I dont see any bad play from ur side.

I have so many spots like urs with those kind of players... Usually i try to not bluff them especially on boards like that one because most of the times they hit 1st or 2nd pair and u cant make them to fold at any price.. Just if you dont hit check/ fold the river.

For me the gap between vpip and the pfr Is too big, which means you limp or call opens too much, and from there u lose too many chips.

I would check the flop and call a turn bet if the bb bets, even more you have the As, i dont see a point to make the pot bigger with a hand like ours.

Seems like a normal hand for me, I would do the same here.

I wouldnt call too, just because of the icm.

With this lane u decided to take, the river is easy fold. He puts you on Ax 2/3 of the time. Not sure if we dont have to bet this flop, taking in consideration we already 3bet pre and we can try to make him fold some low and medium pairs. Other factor here is if he is really aggresive and opens so many hands 3bet IP should be a little bigger imo.
