What do you think about a lead on the turn? With 2 potential flush draws and some straight draws (even though unlikely) you protect your hand against all flushes which will check back the turn most of the time. I think a lead of around 45% could win the pot/bring value against flushes which miss the river.

I actually did 3x to iso PF. Question is if it's better to iso to around 3.5-4x. I could cbet a bit higher but I think the flop hits his limping range quite a bit. Therefore I decided to go smaller on that street. Thanks for your thoughts!

How about just call and see a flop? It seems too spewy to me to 3bet shove on an opponent which you say you have an edge on. You take away your edge completely and have to depend on your luck. Given the situation of the FT bubble and your read of the opponent not caring too much you should have taken the lower variance route.
Don't get me wrong though. Getting in AKo is almost never a mistake as villian could have had weaker Aces aswell which you dominate. But this deep in the tournament you have to choose your Allin spots carefully.
GL on the grind!
