Had played a few pots vs each other to this point. Blinds are 250-500/50 he is eff stack with 21k on button, I am in SB (BB has 8k fwiw) holding 9s9d. Jon opens to 1200, I reraise to 3500 he calls. Flop comes Kd6h4h (8k pot) i cbet for 3500 and he shoves 17.5k total. Would enjoy hearing thoughts on the hand pre and post flop, would you cbet or check, do you call the shove or fold and why?

great vid! looking forward to seeing more of this in the future! also would have been interesting to see how much the overall EV rose compared to the first trees after you determined that he wasn't ch/r enough vs your 100% cbet strategy

great video zach! First fo yours I've seen and I'm sure it won't be the last! Really enjoyed watching you work through this problem in the solver and adjusting ranges based on opponents different frequencies, would love to see more solver work in the future
At 33:09 you fold K9s UTG+1 on 8.8bb w 12.5% antes, should this not be a shove or is it because of the stage in the tournament you elect to fold? I input all the stacks in HRC and got the following nash shoving range:
20.9%, 22+ A2s+ A9o+ K8s+ KJo+ Q9s+ QJo J9s+ T8s+ 98s
This is with K9s being +0.16. Is this not making enough money to justify shoving at this stage in the tournament? If not what would be your threshold for shoving, +0.20 and greater, +0.25 and greater? Thanks!
Great video tho enjoy all your content as always,
