For me it's a clear fold. But with some trash suited hands. I would assume raise/fold against a fish who folds too much. If he is a passive fish the chances of he playing back is near to zero.

River: He checks... for me it's obviously that he don't have a full house what lead us to put him on pure bluff. or the bigger ace. With two aces on board and you holding one it's unlikely he has AK. That being said i'm going to a value bet and folding all day for a raise without a good read.
Just don't forget to put a note on him.
