Biography
I am one of the few older guys who take the game seriously, now.
In 2006 I did start playing NLH. Always had my mind on theory, although never commit myself to it. I did tried different variants like tournaments, SNG's and CG 6max and HU, played some home games but never do well in the online games. 2016 I did start playing PLO but couldn't beat the games either. Live I was doing ok, but stopped playing in 2018.
From 2018 - 2020 I did take care of myself in a decent manner while start doing sports.
2020 I had a fresh start playing live poker again mainly PLO, in very juicy home games in general and was able to built up a roll where I was able to play up to 10/10 live. 2021 I did start taking my game more seriously and had about 5h weekly theory sessions with training buddies around the world where we did watch mainly Richard Gryko and imbajimba videos and went more deeply into the explained GTO-Concepts while using Vision.
2022 I had one more try playing online in app games. Here the main action was 6c PLO. Here I did burnt myself and bust about 25% of my roll and lost my confidence all around my game, even though I was crushing the weaker live games in NLH and PLO just before.
End of 2022 I decided to have a more serious shot either all or nothing. I wanted to take it professional. And joined a small PLO4 6 max group with peers that had ambition and could show of some decent past results. Here I was faced with a a lot of my weaknesses and was able to transform some of them in to strength and did improved in many aspects of life - that I love about the game.
Early 2023 I did start learning and playing HUPLO and took a weekly 1to1 coaching with a PLO1K player on gg.
Although I enriched in my game and life in general I couldn't brake trough, yet. My next step started November 2023, where I decided to focus on HUPLO solely and kept taking the weekly 1to1 coaching sessions.
One of my main weaknesses are goal settings and scheduling where I am working at intensely.
