I would play the same way up until river, and then it's a guessing game. His turn sizing is interesting and can be a very important factor when deciding on river play. For me its a sing of weakness when bet was made by a strong player (why not bet bigger, polarize urself and set up bigger river bet), if he's weak player it can go both ways (strong or weak).
At river:
ur range: Qx, KK, AA, 6x
his range: given ur history (u being barrel-happy) i would never put him on a flop strong range. For me his range is: fd, 45, 6x, 3x. Unfortunately sometimes he will make a bad play with a strong holding, such as Q6, or a set, but you block Q so mathematicly it's much less likely.
So to sum up, his range: 6x, 99(?), busted flush draws and straight draws.
Problem: it's very easy, in his eyes, to put him on a weak hand given that every draw missed. Also your range is combined with many decent bluffcatchers, such as AQ/AA/KK which will be very tempted (in my opinion looking from his perspective) to call.
So: how likely is he to be frustrated? is he capable of firing this as a bluff ? For me, psychology+math tell me to bluffcatch this river.
Unfortunately he did have you beat i suppose by u posting this hand and ur explanation :) Im curious what he had :D

I would probably go for either check/fold or bet/decide. Once you check R his range does not include any hands he might feel obligated to bluff, in other words usually he has flush/2pair/set/straight. His betting range in my opinion would be betting for value most of the time.
There is also some merit into betting. Adding nut straight into your value betting range makes it tougher for him to bluffcatch you. He might look you up with (2pair,set) especially if he has any blockers (king of diamond is the best one). The problem with bet/folding is in my view that he can't have many value raise river hands. You block queen of diamond. He would need to have king high flush, probably not too strong side cards (he did not raise flop and turn) such as AK86, KQT, KKJT. You block most of those hands.
But he also should not have many hands with which he would like to go bananas, because of previous action+board texture. He might feel more like bluffing if he has king of diamond thou.
To sum up, to my knowledge right now I would go for bet/decide, call or fold depending on specific opponent but generally lean towards bet/folding.

1) from villains perspective ur range is decently strong - mostly twopairs, sometimes straights
therefore i don't expect him to be going monkey crazy in such spot. Beside, its pretty hard for him to miss this board, and bluffing with twopair is a little iffy because he blocks combinations which he wants to fold out -> you will have straight more often.
