Folding KJ57ss otb against 60bb 3bet seems way too tight regardless of his 3b range. At what stack depth does this hand become a call for you?

at 9:01 when choosing to flat pre why does it make it a favorable stack decision if CTS has 5k to 3b? Do you think BTN is over folding here after CTS's sb calling range should be with better hands? Unlikely imo. Seems FPS to 3b if stacks are bigger unless btn is overfolding. Understand to make SPR lower oop buttt....What if button has 5k as well? Still a favorable 3b? Why is CTS even flatting SB instead of 3bing when you're always over calling properly? Is SB flatting becoming more common at 10/20 vs someone like yourself who's not squeezing with a high frequency here. Asked a lot of ?s #curious

Welcome Aquila! I can't stress enough how these videos are a necessity and steroids for your poker game. Although just watching them wont get you nearly as far as taking notes while you watch will. Don't just throw them out after you feel you understand them. Save them and refresh later! If you're not going to play while you learn this month how about giving this a shot. Pretend you are playing in the instructors shoes! On each street before the coach makes his decision pause the video and think what you would do and why. Then hit play and listen to a proper thought process on that spot. It makes learning more fun and will give you a better understanding of the spots presented.

Have fun!

Even if villain doesn't decide to get it in on flop having us wamboozeld it's still a difficult hand to play on future streets when you c/r flop in single raised pots. Any club T J 5 or 6 puts you in a #headXPLODE spot on the turn. We don't want to turn our hand face up if we decide to c/r flop thn let him value town us on a 4c turn when we ch to him. If we ch/r flop and ch/c 4c turn n jam a board pairing river if he's not whale he'll snap fold because we always have a boat. So another option is ch/ jam turn. As FRABB stated you're only getting called by better when you ch/jam turn. The benefit of c/c flop and turn is Villain will still give us action with his straights and flushes on board pairing rivers. We're losing the minimum when board doesn't pair vs the hands that have us beat + still getting value from his flushes & straights when the board does pair. as stated in the video you're also losing a bet from the hands we have crushed when he bluffs river. Yes we will be put in a tough spot on club or straight rivers when he bets or it wil go ch/ ch/ and he can have a low club n you'll feel like you played the hand bad vs his particular hand because we gave him "free equity." But it goes both ways because we will also save money when he has a low flush and decides to ch back a club river.

As played vs solid opponents are we playing a mixed strategy on 789 turns? c/c some times and c/r some times?

@33 min you don't raise your blocker because you have no clubs in your hand. Why is that a bad thing that he can have a club draw? When he peels your raise doesn't this usually result in him c/f non club turns when he doesn't get there?
