After reviewing this hand i thought too, that he must know that the Ace is hitting my range pretty hard. So after all it has to be a discipline fold! :)

Another great video!!
At 15:35 the A10s. For me on the river is the best option to check back, because i think we will not get anymore value from hands that we beat and he sometimes traps us with a boat?!

Totaly aggree. I think there is absolutely no reason to raise on the river because he will not fold the value hands that beats you and will not call with the worse one´s.

Thank you! After my review i think too that folding the river is the best option. But i think folding the 1/3 pot size bet on the turn is too weak becaus people on this level do this with a lot of hands!

Since there are two shortys it is a huge ICM mistake to call! ICMwise you only can call QQ+ here.
Sept. 24, 2015 | 1:19 p.m.
This is a correct shove! With only 14BB left. You also have to pay the blind in the next hand! Also because you are the small stack and there is probably no one gonna bust before you! So I would shove here 55+. A9s+ A10+, KQo, KJs+

This is never a open push! As wallezzz said you wont get calls from Hands you dominate. So as it is a 18man tourney there are 4 places paid. I would openraise too and fold to a shove depending on the villain tendencies and your perceived range. Because you don´t open jam it does not mean u cant call a shove of an aggro villain! ;)

Thank you for your answer! I calculated it with the Equilab and against his Range I have 49% Equity so mathematically it is a call! ;)

Depends so much on the stats of the BB. If he is aggro and is capable of 4betting light it is a shove to me. If he has tight stats he is almost never 4bet lighter then AK QQ+ here.
The 3bet is to high Imo. I would make it around 39k,

I have absolutely no history with him! But he is a loosing player! It is a 18man 3,50er SNG.
Do you ever fold this?
Thank you for your thoughts
Sept. 15, 2015 | 2:42 p.m.
I would bet flop and also bet turn. Often he will fold a ton to your cbet on the flop. Depends on villain how wide he will calll you u OTF. But you defenitily need to extract value. What range do you give villain. Do you think he will ever call JJ+ here preflop?
Sept. 15, 2015 | 5:59 a.m.
Whatt calls our bet on the flop? Pockets from 55-10s, maybe JJ if he is nitty! I believe a set wont just call on this flop with players behind. So i think we win against more hands then we loose! So call!
June 12, 2015 | 11:09 a.m.
Bet turn and check call river. He might jam some missed draws on the river! I dont see me folding here!
June 12, 2015 | 11:04 a.m.
snap call! U are way ahead of his range! Never folding AK to a 17BB shove! NEVER!
June 12, 2015 | 10:44 a.m.
So are you the BU or the SB!?!? When you are the SB, i would raise to 2,3 BB and fold to a raise. J7o is to weak to call a raise OOP. If the hand is suited you can call, because your equity is much higher! The stack sizes are important to know to! As played, if you have more then 30bb, u can call once on the flop. Raising doesn´t accomplish nothing. U dont get worse hands to call and no better hands will fold.
June 12, 2015 | 10:41 a.m.
I agree, CO sometimes traps with AA or KK but we are way ahead of his range! Stats of the CO and the BU would be interesting too! If BU is super nitty, i may find a fold. But if he has loosish stats, this is a clear Jam!
Hi Jeremy, great video!
I have a question to the KQo hand: Why is it a standard shove on the river to you and why you bet so big on the turn? Are you sure the he always calls down with his Jx hands?
Thanks!
