bet/fold can be good i guess. I dont think opp will bluff 4bet pot, so if he has K or JJ he will raise. You can check/fold turn after his calling flop.
He can have some suited connector i guess, he has pos and he can float you turn after calling low flop or he can flop nuts. But he can call with AA, KK or AKs, AQs for playing postflop.
He has 3,5 bb raise btn is it normally?
sorry for my english,

You know almost nothing about opp, butt 17/0 show us he fish. Your call bad vs reg opp, but vs fish its everytime tough call, coz you dont what he will push river. Overbet all-in can be like nuts or air. Now you know he pasiive and pushes nuts. Just use this info later.
What you try to represent your opp on rainbow flop after calling his raise pf? sets? straight?
Your check raise really weird. Coz u will never raise nuts in that flop coz u have no reason for it. So you show him bluff or pair like 5 or 6. I dont think 3 barrel on that board really good, your range looks caped.
sorry for my eng
