I do not know if this had been asked before, but among those who are winning players, what is the percentage of winning sessions do you have? I am curious because I always had the impression that cash game pros would have greater than 70%-80% winning sessions, and wanted to confirm if this is true or not. Also, for a bit more accuracy, can you also include your definition of what a session is?

It depends on what your check/calling range would be on the flop (i.e. are you always c-betting with JJ-88/AQ/KK/QQ/77 or are you c/c with some of that range?). In addition, is he betting his whole range on the flop when checked too?

Probably a dumb question, but is the reason we don’t c/r turn here is because we would just lead turn big with the top part of our range (I.e made straights / k high diamond draw / sets) and balancing it with some air?

Throughout my poker career, I always had an issue regarding the confidence in my game. After multiple sessions of losing, I would doubt myself with a simple value bet or bluff. At that point, I am now in a rabbit hole where I am questioning every single play whether it is right or wrong. Would this class allow me to build confidence in my decisions and figure when to doubt myself or to seek validation for my thought process?

How do you guys get over through downswings/losing periods and maintain the trust in your game? How should you evaluate your game without doubting yourself all the time?
Wow - I just checked it. It really does put everything into perspective.
