in a,3bet pot, facing an ace and still with high card I would not recommend bluff on the turn,because the high cost. And the fact 80% time your opponent has better hand. Unless your opponent has tendency to fold AK.

your opponent is a reg. At this level, reg would not bet on the river if he has nothing. Which means it is a bad river call

Of course you can fold. If your opponent is good Reg, he knows you have 5. So he go all in only with full house 99% time.

A very important information you did not show. How fishy your opponents are? If they both very fish, min raise try to get them all in. If they are very good regs, I recommend fold. If one fish, one good I recommend 2.5 times reraise and if someone go all in then fold.
Body, the board is not scare enough. If BB calls on flop and turn, he won't think you have 75 or 7T.
