Great video and I thought the analysis of the last hand was excellent, however on the river I think you both put too much weight behind the fish calling too often. I think AJ should be a check here and bet AQ+ for a few reasons:
1. The reg has such a strong range that calls the turn, so wont fold frequently enough for us to gain a massive amount of ev from the fish when they call with worse.
2. When the reg calls we "never" win.
3. We realise a large part of our equity when the reg checks back because
4. We never expect the reg to bluff and rarely valuebet worse.
Whereas with AQ he could potentially call with worse (AsJs) and we now chop with a large part of his value range (AQ).

Your minimum defence frequency is pot/bet+pot so 10/6+10 = 62.5% or your opening range.
