You are correct that the smaller the open the better the price villain has to call. I wouldn't go smaller than 2.5x.
Tbh I haven't studied antes.... Going 3x is probably better. Although it's not a bad thing if they are calling wider to 2.5x.

I think my HUD has too much stuff on it tbh. Most important stats are:
vpip/pfr
3bet PF / Fold to 3bet PF
4bet PF / Fold to 4bet PF
cbet / fold to cbet

Great video Sam, very much enjoyed it and found it insightful! Would be great to know more about how you approach PIO in terms of study. Are you running certain spots that you're curious about as in this video example, are you running a bunch of boards per spot (BTN v BB), or doing some other structure? Looking forward to more!
