hey, I have the same question, I usaually bet strong value myself rather than protect checking range because of villan's tendency. but it's probably not very well.

I will study and take notes

same as above
5.gtow trainer 2hr+
I will plan the practice content before the week starts, ex.sb v bb srp, sb cbet.

I tried it in March, but I need a more specific goal, or I'll be lazy.
I can't complete all of these because I only have 24hr, so except the first one is necessary, I will choose 2~3 items to complete in one day, and plan next day's schedule before going to bed.

Hello guys, I susessfully won NL25 on ACR now, I didn't update 3 months ago is because I went bankrupt after I posted, because the upswing drove me crazy, I move up but did't have a safe bankroll and wasn't willing to move down untill bust.
I deeply lerned the important about BR management, I will never overbankroll again.
Although I won on NL25, but I just rely on rakeback to profit, I think I still have quite a lot leaks, I want to improve them so I find a coach to analysis my database.
I expect to play NL25 about a month, depending on the situation at the time then decide move up to NL50 or not !
