In this situation i prefer fold preflop. You are playing the early game however not necessiry playing spots close. We are playing out of position and your hand is very dominated.

the problem isnt it that the video is tough to follow, the problem is that u dont explain anything. u should probably pause it when any interesting action happens and spend a good time there till unpause it and keep the flow of the video. even the hands that u try to explain, u dont do it much, every thinking line keeps on fog to us.

on the AJ 4bet pot hand, you say that her huge bet on the flop is a bad bet. maybe for range play, but for vacuum play isnt it the best option? after all doesnt seem like you have a c/f range on that board after you 4bet it. so she will get maximum value. another thing, do you think that with AQ she is shoving lots of rivers that arent diamonds and are cards below a ten? (or even better, do you think she should be?)
