I would play same as erdian`s line, if table is so soft, full of fishes, and all other players are splashing money. (I am usually 2/5 live plo player, and i play like this in my game to maximum exploit.)

But my standard line for other solid game or online is little bit different.
both 3 betting and flatting is ok, I prefer flatting, if blindss 3bet frequency is 15~20 I would bet with this hand 120~160, We want to get called by dominated fd, naked wrap, etc so i dont want to bet big here(we have great implied odds.) Cuz we are otb, we can comfortably build up pot in early stage (SPR is 5~6) to stack off or bluff by the river with very nutty draws.

Even If we are behind, We have enough equity against other player`s calling range.
and I do believe that other players do not have set of TT, 99, 22 that often.
(Even if against raise range, we can bet/call w/enough equity)

and plo book "secreat of plo" (i can`t exact name of the book but, i thought it was written by slowhabit )

Hmm... i thought if hero open raise every sb(cuz hu), 17% 3bet means V 's range is top 17% of All combination of hand when he 3bet. When I use propoker tool and select range AAxx to TTxx + rundown +@ , calculated vpip is about 18%. So if V didn't 3bet,  his range is probably NOT top 17% and there is less probability V has JJxx (cuz jjxx is top 18%hand) if V slow play monsters like AAJJ ,KKJJ. This is what I thought and, I know I don't hv poker exp a lot , so I want to know what I misunderstanding about plo's hand range. Is there JJxx combo out of top 17%??

And I don't like this  flop 3bet like this board, I'd flat call his c/r

If he 3 bet 17% there is less probability that he has jj cuz if he has jj he'd 3bet pre flop. So there is 2cases hero is in troble, inner wrap 89t or 456. But if he has 456 and turn made him str, I think he wouldn't  bet turn if he has 456, so I think he has 89t+ fd or j7+fd or maybe sucker set , so I'll call in this spot
