You say he is a 18/14 so I consider his limping range pre to be easily that one at that point, given his position. Betting river doesn't leave you with much choices...

I would check/call river (unless shove, I'd definitely tank a bit and re evaluate, then prolly fold)

• Also, on the bet sizing, I'd make a larger raise on the turn. Standard 66% doesn't give you much information at that point. Go for 80, 85%. Make nut flush draw IP chasers pay.
