You must call. You are IP so ir will be very dificult to keep bluffing on the river. Depending of the river size bet you may call ir fold.

In this particular case IP is better to call againts a TAG V. If you are sure he just can call the flop raise then raise would be OK in order to get the River card for free. Call flop only
