1) going multiway with this hand is a mistake. You will almost always be check folding flops and bottom sets can put you in VERY tough situations. even if you flop a set with a FD, you still most likely won't be good multiway.
2)4handed with no one showing aggression, I would full pot this pre
3) Tough, but personally this would be a limp/fold (unless insane price comes back around, e.g. min raise from later positions pre).

Id target smaller. 3 should have lead out on the flop being 8 handed, so it mostly isolates to Q combos. With you blocking K and 3 not being in his range, I would keep the raise relatively small in order to force a "sigh call" from villian. If they full repot or come back over the top, you may even be able to put them on 33xx or qqxx hands.
