My question is AT and AJ also block the value hand - JTs. In this case, AT and AJ block both values and bluffs so how can we decide if AT or AJ are better or worse bluffcatchers than A3?

But in this (part 2) of the video (~31:30), you said the adjustment to insufficient aggression is to have a lower check raise frequency because his value betting range is stronger. Which adjustment (lower or higher check raise frequency) is correct?

In general, what are the determining factors on cbetting 1/3 vs 1/2 sizings given a board texture? It seems that we often "guess" it wrong. So how do you come up with your "guess"? And does position (OOP vs IP) affect the bet-sizing you choose?
