update of April '21
HI,
This month i really get the taste of downswing, it mainly due to mindset aspect not much with technical. played mostly b-c game and continued my lossing streak for almost 15 days then slow climbed thanks to other site where i able to recover the losses.
so lesson learnt that I have continue the work on MIndset on daily basis session by session along with technical knowledge.
I applied to BrPc again and rejected again. Never mind will stick to do what i am doing currently. Enjoy the process of learning and playing.

so according the above stats i should consider other sites to grind as well, but there traffic is low but i will try put volumes on other sites as well.
Goals for this month
Volume : 55K+ hands on 50/100
Mindset goals : Start to write the journal along with other mindset routines.
Will keep it simple in this month and try to play solid as i can.
Study : HH Reivews and focus my study around 3b OOP.

updates of March ' 21
This month was disturbed as my family members were infected by Carona Virus.
I tried to avoid this mental distraction while playing but was unable to do so which turns out big mistake for poker then tilted in few sessions.
External Factor like this one will effect the poker grinding, Has to tackle this mental challenge while grinding. Hope extended mediation will help.
Poker wise results were break even with small profits this month with average volumes. Played few major tournaments this month, got 5th in one of the Tournament with payday of 1.5L INR
This month bonus were more then my winnings :)
so overall profitable month too.
Goals for April ' 21:
Increase the volume to achieve the Vegas promotion
Volume target 70K hands
Decrease the study time by 1 hr
Have a 1/2 - 1 hr daily Exercise
Play more on 50/100 where max profit comes from
Play 100/200 when fishes are der. No point to fighting with regs

Feb ' 21
Somehow i ended this month green, started month with bang then 15 days of downswing then covered up with some card rush in last week so pretty swingy month in terms of results.
Took shot on higher games which gone good. Table selection was important.
Volume wise very disappointed with myself due to some less energy and focus. Has to work on schedule, exercise and focus in coming month.
I took a week off to play live cash games, i grinded almost 50 hrs in 5 days but it didn't go as planned as it was difficult for me adjust in live scene nevertheless it was wonderful experience hopefully i will crush next time if i plan to go in near future. I was down nearly 5 BI.
Study wise happy with my efforts with study giving more time to PIO and agg reports.
Studying 3b oop.
Got some small winnings in PP and other site
Goals for Next Month
mix the volumes between will try to play 200NL
Play 60K+ hands
Fix Pre-flop ranges
Continue to focus study on 3b oop.

Update for month Jan 2021
Jan ended on successful note.
Pretty much played on one site only, also played on PP little bit where i was in loss it was hard to adjust new platform for me but i will used to it.
Played around 46k hands + few thousand hands on PP which shorter then which i was goal which i have set for month.
Study
i was also short in study time too this month due to lack of some energy/focus.
Health
i was pretty happy that at least i have started to exercise although 2 days a week will increase from this week, reduced alcohol+smoking.
Family Time : had 2 days mini vacation for marriage anniversary
Results:
Very good month in terms of result wise , i would to like keep it consistence .

2 weeks after full time, lot of things have changed in my routine.
I am loving the life, like what they say "love doing what u love"

its something new for me to grind more then 3 times what used to on daily basis+ 2 hrs study added.
Study wise i am trying to solve the some though spots in Pio+flopzila.
Apart from this i am i am focusing mainly on flop c-beting Btn vs BB spots.
Do you guys recommend to practice what we study with Simple PF trainer ?
Mental:
I played mostly B game may be due to long grind which new to me,
i am losing some focus and getting tilted after some spots. I am working towards it.
Physical :
just exercised 1 day in week, has to increased it gradually in coming days.

Started this year with bang, coming 3rd in 3 way deal in one of the tournament for hefty 2.24L INR and started with good cash game sessions. More Motivation to grind and enjoy the process. started to shot at at some NL200 soft tables too.

My name is Mukesh , 41, I am from India and playing NL 6 max cash games since last 3 yrs as part timer, Now decided to take new leap to play full time and go pro from new year.
Poker is very unorthodox profession in India, but I am going for it. I’ve lot of ups and downs in my life with few business fails, bad debts, etc. Fortunately I got strong family support during those days.
I am writing this journal to more discipline, responsible, Accountable and keep motivated myself to go ahead. I applied to BrPc staking but didn’t got throu.
I am currently play 100NL Indian Currency. I’ve also completed the course repeatedly :) A-game Masterclass By Elliot Roe to keep my improving my mental health.
My major strength: Discipline, Work Ethics.
My major weakness: Slow learner, Passive learning and not implementing in new strategy or theory in my game rapidly. (I have to work hard daily to get rid of this weakness)

its fold, I don't think villan has enough bluff in his hand. Most of reg would raise on the flop or on turn with FD more specially with NFD.
So his hands tends more towards better 2 pair+, so def his value combos more then his bluff combos.
Value combo : 66,77,67s,98s,AQ some he may slow plays QQ+ pre. = 19 combo
Bluff combo should all hearts combination : 78s,T9s,JTs AJs,ATs, KJs, KTs -= 7 com
out of which i can guess that reg would raise NFD at on flop or on turn
so i would tend towards fold here.
Turn i would like to ck back most of time then evaluate on river
