A778ds sb vs ep - whilst a GTO 3bet given a likely very low fold to 3bet by in position player doesn't this become a much more marginal situation at these stakes?

Around 22 minutes with the 9764ds in bb. Why fold to a bet on the flop from the last to act with the flush? Seems overtight in that spot. If your going to do that wouldn't it be better just to fold preflop?
