This was 100% my line of thinking and those are the exact hands I am putting V on.
I ended up jamming here, which I think might be the wrong play(especially w/ As), but the SPR kinda confused me in this spot. The idea behind it was to get looked up from a bad v with a 77-JJ kinda hand. Looking back at it, a 50% bet leaves a 60% river shove, where I was hoping to be doing a psb by the river. I think in hindsight, a 30-40% bet on the turn while jamming most rivers would be how I handle this in the future

This hand just happened and I'm curious what you think here.
Playing 50NL Blitz on ACR. 0 hands with either villain so no reads. I'm maybe 25 hands in.
UTG - $70.23
HJ(V2) - $64.15
CO - $70.86
BTN - $96.43
SB(Hero) - $58.82
BB(V1) - $122.24
Hero dealt AsQd in sb.
UTG raises $1.12
HJ calls $1.12
Folds to Hero - 3b $5.73
BB cold calls $5.73
UTG folds
HJ calls.
3 ways to flop
Pot - $17.40
Flop - Qc3s5s
Hero bets $5.90
BB/V1 calls
HJ/V2 folds
Pot - $28.61
Turn - 2c
Hero? What line am I taking here and why? I have $47.19 behind and V1 has me covered.
Check/Call most runouts? Check/Jam turn? Bet 40-50%? Higher? Lower? Jam?
Not sure what optimal is here. I am having a hard time given BB's stickiness in this hand that I am getting 3 streets of value from anything worse than me. However, I have TPTK on a board that can't get much better for me.
Whats the move?

Starting stack 15k
Blinds 600/1200 200 ante - 9 handed
My image - Mid 20s kid, backwards baseball cap. Pretty standard I'm assuming. Haven't been around the table long enough to alter that. I have been chipping up somewhat, going from about 18k - 30k in the 1 orbit I have been a part of.
Previous Hand - I opened the button with K9o to steal the blinds. BB shoves about 10 BB into me w JTo and I fold(He showed after the play).
Anyways, I'm in the CO. Button is an older guy(Mid 50s?) who seems that he's recreational, but has played the game a while. SB (Guy who shoved JTo) is a mid 40s man who plays well. I put him on the spewy side because he seems adamant both verbally and through his play that he hates blinding out. BB is a Mid 40s New Yorker who seems solid.
Stack Sizes: Me - 30k Button - 12k SB - 15k BB - 50k
Folds to me - I open KJo to 2600. Button Flats, SB/BB fold
(Pot 8800) Flop comes 79T rainbow
I check - and he jams ~9200 into the pot. I think about it and call.
Would you jam the flop here? Bet like 4k - Call? I check-called because I figure I have atleast 11 outs with the double gutter and potentially 2 overs. Against most shoves I feel like the J might not be good, so I think 11 outs on average is fair. He doesn't have a set because he'd ship 77 99 TT Pre. I figure he'd do the same with AT/A9. Can't find many holdings where I'm crushed.
I'm just super confused why he called in general. Whats your line here? B/C, C/C, shove?

Quick Update: My mom just flew into town. Been showing her around the strip, so for this and next week, my volume will be limited.
I played like 800 hands today and marked my first losing session in 8 sessions. Stats were spewy. I will probably do 2NL until 100.
Bankroll is at 83/10000

It definitely is. I haven't played perfectly and I'm at 13bb/100 for 20k hands

yes I'm probably going to level up after I have 25 BI once I hit 25NL. I am going to shot take at 5NL and 10NL. If I go on a bad run, I'll go back to 25BI before I level up.

Played 1.3k hands today + An additional 500 that went uncounted for last night. Up about 7 BI and now going to take a few shots at 5NL. 4 table 5NL and 4 table 2NL

90 minute session - 1.5k hands +$4.83 Had a massive cooler on a 300BB hand where I got it all in on the turn with AA against AJ on a xxJT board - You can guess the outcome. Solid session though.

I'm a waiter on the Las Vegas Strip + super part time uber driver. So far I'm a profitable MTT player (Small live sample/barely profitable), but I've always had the desire to be a winning cash game player. I've always had a rough time dealing with the swings, however, causing me to tilt.
I started with a $50 roll on ACR, took a few shots at some MTTs, some 10NL, ran bad, and the BR went down to about $28. I ran one 6-table session at 2NL and went on a heater almost doubling my BR in 1k hands. Now that I again have a BR to grind the micros, I'm going to do it right.
Money is not the issue here (Although I'm not swimming in it). My job pays the bills, and throughout the journal, I'll hope to pop some entries into the Daily $125 @ Aria, maybe some Venetian deepstacks, the $25k @ Wynn, WSOP - Circuit, smaller buyins @ LAPC, etc.
My issue is discipline and throughout the progression of the journal my goal is to have developed the mental game of a poker champion.
Attached is my graph - Almost 18k hands in ( A little over 2/3s of these hands done in the past 4 days ).

Short Term Goals
1) Attain all the rakeback I can get. At the rate I'm going I should be able to get $40 in the next month which alone would bump me to 5NL.
2) 100k hands this next month (Should be easily done at the rate I'm going)
3) Atleast show my name on the leaderboard for The Beast rakeback tournament on ACR
Long Term Goals
1) 200NL in 6 months. Haven't even done the math on this whether its feasible or not. Idc.
2) Better life habits. My kryptonite is alcohol. I never drink during sessions, but my reasoning for using it as a crutch to go to bed needs to go away. My eating habits are good but they weren't last month, and I've started to slowly get back into the gym. I'm not out of shape (5'10, 175), but I'll always remember how much more in shape I was, and knowing that will affect me in some way mentally. Meditation is another thing I need to get involved with
3) Progression in my career. I love the restaurant industry, and there is no better place in this world to combine the passion for this industry and poker than in Las Vegas. I need to seize the moment and put in the time for both.
4) Be able to increase my multitabling abilities. I can do 12 comfortably. I want to double that, but double that slowly.
BRM
Start of bankroll - $50
Current BR - $64
@ $80 - 4 BI Shot at 5NL
@ $180 - 4 BI Shot at 10NL
@ 400 - 4 BI Shot at 25NL
@ 700 - 4 BI Shot at 50NL
@ 1900 - 4 BI Shot at 100NL
@ 4000 - 4 BI Shot at 200NL
Idk how the games are at stakes higher than 200NL. Only see a few 2/4 3/6 so that may just be reg infested.
Conditionals
1) If a good reload bonus comes by, AND I have been playing well, I will load on more to take a shot at higher stakes
2) If I run deep in an MTT, some of the profits will go into the roll.
I'll only feed my BR if I'm playing well and the opportunity presents itself.
Should be able to get another 5-10k hands in today and tomorrow.
If anyone has any good insight on beginning meditation practices, that would be awesome.
Thanks for the reply, and I 100% agree with you. I am always shoveling money in here. I can't choose a better board, but its just how am I putting the $$ in here optimally? I ended up jamming which is why I think I made the wrong move and made this post. My idea was that I was hoping to get looked up by a 77-TT kinda hand before any high cards hit on the river. Maybe draw in a QJ/KQ/77-TT. Now I'm thinking I should jam AQo w/o the As because the As removes a lot of AXss combos that v could potentially have here that he could make a bad call with.
