JJ in the first LHE hand I either recommend check/calling the flop or check/raising and slowing down on a bad turn (like this one). 

I agree, that's an annoyance. BTW I would also like to download the videos, I think for 100$/month it should be possible to watch them on a train/plane/different devices etc.
