Well, not always would he actually trap with a 7 there. I think he knows his image and exploits to the max. That's why having a 7 there and jaming would be super profitable. He could jam with a 7 to get paid by a tilted QQ, KK or AJ etc.
Taugh spot. Being 20bb is certainly a call, 37 - don't know. What your guts told u to do? After all our intuition takes in to consideration a lot more factors then we think. Previous plays, body language etc.
Personally would call and if he has a 7 then sucks to be me.
