Great video! Appreciate all the sims

thanks for the video great content as always!
AT hand your reasoning for overfolding the river is becase people will underbluff flop and turn not river - if this is true shouldn't you just fold a close to breakeven hand already on the turn or at least mix high freq fold?

Kalupso thanks for the post, is that "distribution of folded cards" thing in pio somewhere?

thanks for the video!
-i noticed you solve your trees to 1% of the pot, i did some experimenting and sometimes there is significant difference in flop frequencies when you solve 0.3% compared to 1% so i would suggest solving it a bit more, especially if you are going to analyze turns and rivers aswell
-also i suggest ticking in the "square size proportional to weight" box because without it looking at some of the outputs can be a bit misleading

thanks for the video! if you dont mind sharing what sample do you have and what is your winrate so far at 500z?
Feb. 9, 2020 | 3:51 p.m.
been using it for a couple months now, def legit, they also keep adding new stuff, think its really worth it if you play small/mid stakes+
Feb. 2, 2020 | 1:08 a.m.
just very quickly passed through the whole thing so not sure if you discuss it, but that 100% turn minbet for oop must be because your tree is goofy in some way
i suspect it is because you only gave small raise sizes for IP ott, so basically oop can avoid facing a big turn bet after leading for min, but if oop checked IP could overbet and stuff

thanks for the video! adding the pio part to the zoom session def. makes it way better
i think if you are gonna spend relatively a lot of time analyzing specific river spots like in this video, it would make sense to run a quick subtree configuration for that river, that takes less than 1m but will improve the accuracy a lot (cause of the very small tree size) and sometimes there are significant changes to the frequencies of some specific combos
Dec. 2, 2019 | 3:56 p.m.
i think when IP's valuerange for betting the river is mainly one pair (same with the bluffcatching range vs river x/r), you cant really find many specific combos for x/r bluffing that would be way higher ev bluffs than other combos, so basically you just end up bluffing with every pair (that's a ~0ev bluffcather) with very low freqency

thanks for the video!
last hand, can you explain why you like the small river raise rather than shove?
it seems to me, that most of imluckbox's valuerange for this line is one pair, so every valuehand in pokerkluka's range is strong enough to shove, and it's also not very difficult to find bluffs

Hey, really liked the last leakfinder you did. I'd like to submit a deep run that i had this week.
$109 Classico 30k on Party 4/232
Payouts: 6k, 4.3k 3k, 2.2k, 1.6k, 1.2k, 800, 600
Total hans: 338, VPIPd: 106
Good structure, deep stacked FT, reggy tournament, not a huge prizepool or anything, but it is one of those mtts that i imagine most of the elite subs here that are mtt regs, play day in day out, so perhaps it would be a nice one to look at.
I also have some other deep runs with 3handed/hu action but all those are PKOs from party so can't see the bounties, not sure if you would be interested in those.
Thanks for doing this!

do you have an estimate, how long after launch mtts get added? i think this is a nice idea but kinda meh without mtts, because the vast majority of twitch viewers watch mtt content
are you planning to have single table sngs at all in the future?

Thanks for the great video, Nick! Good to see you back.
The first hand, to me it feels like AK/AQ is just worth more than letting other Ax and some Jx check down especially with a fish in the pot.
Check overfolding is better than bet overfolding.
I don't think, this is true if our bet gets called by worse hands with significant frequency.
Demondoink
I agree, that it can be a part of a good strategy to block AK/AQ and mostly fold to a raise, protecting this range with our nutted combos. I think it is safe to say, that the hands villains mostly put money into the pot OTR are suited Ax hands and flush+ hands. (fish might have some other random combos that call vs sufficently small bet). Both our AQ/AK and boat type hands get a lot of value out of the Ax hands with a small sizing. VS the small sizing we can expect most opponents to raise flush+, thus our boats get the value they "deserve". Altho if we do decide to bet AK/AQ, in theory vs raise we will have to mix in some calls without clubs and with diamonds
the problem when we x is that our range is even more face up imo than
if we were to block.
Even if it is true, that our range is face up, why would it be a problem in this spot? OTR we have 1,5x pot to play. If we do decide to check AQ/AK, we can easily just click the call button with good blockers if we think villain is capable of bluffing. I think in order for us to be exploited, not only our range, but our action vs bet should be "face up" and I don't think, that is true for the latter.

what is the noteworthy information in this hand?
April 15, 2018 | 12:17 p.m.
great video, thanks!
do you solve all these to 1%? cant find it in the faq now but i remember reading somewhere they recommend more something like 0.3% for looking at river spots, so if you let it run a bit longer some of the hands you would expect to be pure bets will be pure bets etc
March 29, 2018 | 9:23 p.m.
thanks for the video!
my suggestion would be some kind of pio video series, i liked the one about flop check raises a lot, which was about a year ago
would love to see some SBvsIP single raised pots at different stack sizes/positions or SBvsBB play
Jan. 5, 2018 | 3:16 a.m.
thanks for the video!
29:35- what do you think about having a very narrow flatting range in this spot? Something like AJs,KQs,maybe ATs,KJs, AA as it benefts a lot from slowplaying, and maybe KK
Aug. 30, 2017 | 6:31 p.m.
Very confusing and tilting that you dont tick in the second box especially on rivers to have an idea what the ranges that get there look like. Like the part when you say, we have to blast off with our AhTx and Ah9x on brick rivers, but in reality we never check-raise them on the flop.
I liked the video, but in the future, please at least take a couple seconds to do this.

Great video as always, thanks a lot!
I have re-run your second hand with the big spr, and added a 30% check-raise to OOP on the flop. Pio seems to prefer that size a lot and basically never chooses the 85%. Now most 8x raises and a lot of 4x and 22-88 gets in there, in total 31% raise and 21% call.
I think it would be nice if you added some smaller raise sizes for the next part, because some spots pio seems to prefer those a lot.

Great video! Would love to see some node locking and other pio stuff from you. Escpecially focusing on possible exploits of the playerpool or different typical types of opponents in mtts.
i like these live play videos of yours a lot, but personally i would prefer either 2x zoom or 4x reg tables so you have a bit more time going into deatail with the explanations
