love ur vids Ben.
lovely that u started putting a bit more NLH volume at regular games lately
would love to see more of ur HU 2 or 4 tabling videos, with pauses over recorded footage, if possible (similar to one vs syous series). I think its ur best format of vids by far. Thx

Damn it,i answered my own question >:( .Calling is more profitable on this spot because you might more realize than your equity on any turn except Ax or Jx .if opponent is known to shove any turn
Oct. 28, 2013 | 5:34 p.m.
but the problem with calling is you might have to call AI/shove on any turn except Ax or Jx,but you will realize your equity more than 100% of the time if your opponent is known to shove on any turn.

hmm,i got another question here,is calling or jamming more +ev? I think calling here lets him bet another street on a blank with the huge draws like Ax of spades or AK of spades, but jamming might fold out those huge draws i think.

Na,you should flop c-bet,if you put him on a range of AJ,AQ,66+,A10s,AK(less weightage),and 910s(?),even SP KKs.
Check back is a bit bad as the turn gives draws like 910,AK a free card, and your still IP and playable on turn and river, and you still can gain value from AJ,AQ if possible. You lose alot of value if you check back flop, therefore causing a awkward spot on turn and river because of that.

Oct. 27, 2013 | 10:49 a.m.

Hey RIO pros! Nice work on all the powerpoint point type of videos that is made such as how to be a better poker player, toy gaming...etc
I got a suggestion when pros make these types of videos, can you put up the powerpoint slides up for download as well? The members could greatly benefit by just understanding the points offline(while on the way to work,on train....etc) and slowly grasp the concepts while we are doing other things.
Thanks alot for all the great effort done on RIO! Worth the value!
Oct. 25, 2013 | 11:21 p.m.
doesnt a normal raise accomplish the same thing? do u expect him to float/reraise with his air alot?
Oct. 25, 2013 | 9:35 a.m.
hey pros,i have a question, can the pros that make the powerpoint type videos shown make it downloadable on RIO? it would be a great help in memorising the points of the video while i am on to school or on the bus to somewhere...that would such a great help!

do u consider oop float and lead the river if turn goes c/c ?
I feel like we risk too much and not pick up enough
after betting 1.8k he stiill have 16k behind
I think our c/r looke really bluffy, do we really crai with any value hand ?
Oct. 24, 2013 | 11:01 a.m.
ya, a session with some low mid stakes mtt would be nice

min. 13:30 w A7s:
My standard reaction vs a C/R would be to B/C cause on this High_low_Low boards we have lots of combos of TPs/OPs which usually only wanna B/C and hence I would play here with my range which wanna continue vs a C/R more of a B/Call-gameplan instead of a 3betting-gameplan OTF.
Nice 2nd Vid btw so far:)

Great first vid on the basics - thank you for it!
One general question which I spotted and has not rly to do with the topic:
When you work personally with CREV, don`t you set up in the options stuff like %-Rake, Rakecap and Rakeback,
so that the EV-results will get even a more correct picture?

QTo with ~10bb OTB at bigger162 38:00
plan on r/c or r/f ?
seems like a standard open push, any reason u decide to deviate from that?
KQo 3way pot on ATxr 39:30 sunday500
can u elaborate more on this?
looks like u r repping nothing ,do u have any value hand to c/r instead of just bet out ?
I think a c/c and continue if we improve ott, if turn goes c/c , then bet any river ,that would make much more sense
Oct. 15, 2013 | 9:06 a.m.
more concept/theory videos plz
and have to say that sound quality of some videos is not really good although the content is good
it just kill the whole video

In the first hand (JTs), you said that you like in general to lead turns when the midcard paired and you have a lot of trips in your range.
Here it was not the case cause it was 6max and you openraised from MP, but HU it could be the case.
But what are then the weakest hands you lead for value with OTT?
Do you have a mixed strategy, like leading then Trips+ for value and Draws without SD-value and C/Calling TPs and other madehands + Draws with sd-Value?

It used to be that videos were promptly uploaded to be visible at 1pm EST. Lately it seems to be random, sometimes they'll be released as late as 5 or 6pm. Or later. My other complaint is that the "upcoming videos" space used to accurately say which videos were actually... upcoming. Now the space is VERY often empty. It's a shame because that page used to be operated in a very professional manner IMO.

maybe we should invite Moorman here and make some elite videos

UTG1: Ghoyteep: 16785
LJ: neravenstvo: 9730
HJ: deki76: 13050
CO: Skjervoy: 14613
BN: Biryk: 26122
SB: dumanis26: 10004
BB: Nekitocsic: 2055
skjervoy plays something like 23/19 ,only have 3bet once before this hand, show up with AK, he didnt play crazy, I'd say more on a solid side.
I've been running something like 18/12 in 65 hands , zero 3bet/4bet attempt , never get to showdown, most of the pots I win is on the flop or timing bluff in 3way pots.
I dont think I have significant dynamic/history with these two opponents.
And there's not much 3bet/4bet wars on the table.
litovchenko8 folds, Ghoyteep raises to 240, neravenstvo folds, deki76 folds, Skjervoy raises to 620, Biryk folds, dumanis26 raises to 1740, Nekitocsic folds, Ghoyteep folds, Skjervoy raises to 2950, dumanis26 folds
Skjervoy didnt think for a long time and click it back and then hero went to tank.
this is my first 3bet/4bet on the table after 8 orbits. He should def gimme credit for having a hand here even though its a really good spot for a cold 4 ball given the reads.
I'm not sure he's capable of 5bet/fold here since we didnt have that many histories
So I think he always has it. And therefore I should fold.
If I have a more aggro image or dynamic I'll def go with it
Is this a high-five monitor shove or ez fold? or should I cold call the 3bet at first?
thx for ur comments.
