Villian's range has a high hit rate on this flop,but your value cbet range has only overpair,so I think that you should check back flop instead of cbet .If villian bet turn,you can float here and bet river....As you played,hero must be input too much chips on river to stand for a very strong value range(fullhouse and trips) that can crush villian's entire range.you could have spent less chips to achieve this bluff.

check fold...from flop to river,your value bet object is only flush draw,straight draw and few medium pocket pair.you're in arrear of his bet river range.if villian didn't want to forgive his 77-TT will check back showdown with u..

why did you 3BET to CO with T9s...for value or bluffing?

turn card is a nice one to call agian..but I dont think villian's bluff range will often bet here,I'm inclined to fold.
