32:00 you mention keeping track of being up or down can be harmful to the player during a session, I struggle with this quite a bit. Any advice on how to block out past results during the session and how to not ride too high when being up?

I think a 20 buy in BR is safe and you can always shot take. If poker is your only income I would increase the buy in to 35-40 buy ins.

At the moment I would avoid WPN as a whole until their security team improves.

I tend to open 2.5x from EP and 3x from late position. One worry I have always had at the micros is opening small and allowing opponents to call with junk because the sizing is so small. Don't know if there is a strategy that may help with that concern but I am all ears.

The majority of these HH seem like standard variance at the micros. I think suspected botting may be a stretch based off of these HH. I would be willing to guess nearly all offshore sites have bots, shoot the WPN CEO confirmed it yesterday. I don't think complaining about a site automatically results in a winning session.

Any videos from Sauce or Tyler Forrester are great videos to begin with. You can find solid videos on GTO under the learning paths tab in the Pro Videos section.

Another aspect as it pertains to moving up stakes and BR management that I saw recently (I forgot where) was if you have a stable income from a job it's easier to shot take knowing you have income on its way. I think anywhere from 20-50 buy ins is reasonable. Would love to hear thoughts on this strategy.

When we do indeed bet the flop what sizes are you looking to use? Would a 33% and 75% sizing work or would you be looking to use more than two sizes?

Agree with those above about folding pre to that sizing. Is there a reason as to why you opened 4x PF?

I think these sizes look good. I've messed around with GTO+ a little bit (still trying to understand it completely), sometimes when I input bet sizes I use 50% every now and then because what I have noticed at the micros is half pot bets seem to be pretty common. I'm not a solver expert so I can't say if all these sizes are correct. Would also be willing to join a GTO+ study group

Quickly ran this situation in Snapshove and it shows that his calling range vs your shove is roughly 88+, A/Qs+ and A/Qo+

Watch RIO videos and pick up as much information as possible. I have played around with Pokersnowie and GTO+, but watching training videos has definitely helped my game more.

I've been using different opening sizes at the Microstakes (Ex. 5NL-25NL), anything from 2.5x-3x and I am wondering what size is a good balanced size? I feel like 3x bloats the pot, but opening 2.5x might cause opponents to open hands they normally wouldn't trying to hit the pot hard. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks for the response Hoothoot. In play I thought facing a 2.2x open Q/Jo was a solid defend but looking back on it I am dominated by the majority of Q/X utg opens.
