Stacks are not that large to give too much room for any movement... if its a table full of regs i would get it in and wish the best.
Not knowing the exact payout-structure it should be a profitabel shove. The wider he opens, the more +EV your push should be.
What about 3bet/c? Anyone see an advantage in that? Makes our range look much stronger and if we get an AI, opponents range should be crushing us pretty bad.
So i cant see any opportunity than just get it in as a 3bet-shove.

It would be interesting how short the other stacks are at the moment.
I dont see him inducing that wide often enough: 88-JJ he could easily jam and just induce QQ+.
For following calculations i took 3 smallstacks with about 40k into my assumptions, the rest with larger stacks than you have:
Giving button an oR-range of 68% and SB-reg a "normal" 3bet-shoving-range here (11.5%, JJ-55 A9s+ A5s-A2s ATo+ KJs+ KQo QJs) your overshove would be -EV (-0.37%).
If we assume button oR 100% and SB adepts to that and repushes really wide with (28.6%, TT-22 Ax+ K9s+ KJo+ Q8s+ QJo J7s+ JTo T7s+ 96s+ 86s+ 76s) your overshove would be about +0.2% profitabel.
Let the truth be between these two scenarios, your push would be marginal and induce variance a lot... I think if you have an edge on the remaining players a fold would be my choice, so not flipping out your skill.
