Love you very much

72 outflops AA about 3.3% percent of the time, which means that if you limp your AA every time and he checks his 72 he wins 1/33 pots vs you for free.
To see a flop he has to invest nothing.

If you raise to 3x he has to call 2BB every time, which means that he has to pay 32*2 BB = 64 BB before his 72 outflops your AA.

I´m not a pro and this is just what I think. Don´t quote me on this, I could be wrong in a lot of ways.

72o has 11.80% equity vs AA.

Jan. 17, 2019 | 10:22 p.m.

By limping the BB gets to see a flop for free and there is a decent chance that his 72 outflop your AA. Thats the math.

thanks man, nice advise

Thanks tho, probably my best choice then to stick with SNOWIE and work with a postflop solver

Jan. 17, 2019 | 6:21 p.m.

I think I know snowie preflop advisor, but it does not help with multiway spots.

For example if HERO is on BTN with AJo, MP opens 3BB, CO calls. (which is not GTO, but happens a ton in my games; you have 1 caller in many pots)
Do you 3b? Does it matter if UTG or MP opens?

Jan. 17, 2019 | 6:20 p.m.

How is it 2019 and preflop 6max cash is still a mystery.
I could afford these solutions, since I only have to buy them once, while I have to constantly pay for a server.

I´d much rather get preflop solutions and then invest into GTO+ to work on postflop, but there is no point in working on my postflop fundamentals when my preflop game is based on intuition.

Jan. 17, 2019 | 5:59 p.m.

I´m a student and can´t afford 350€/month.
So what are my choices to work on my preflop game?
Basically only to buy solutions, right?

Buying a solver and a server is not an option for me.

Jan. 17, 2019 | 5:41 p.m.

They offer preflop solutions including multiway pots.

https://rangeconverter.com/solutions/6maxsolutions

Good investment or is there a better one to start studying for real.
I want to start preflop, any other options?
Is it a good investment or not?

Thanks Runitonce people

"approximately same as with Pio, but you will need more RAM to do the heaviest solves. To solve the 4-handed pre flop game (CO v BTN v SB v BB) with decent accuracy, You'll want a 240 GB RAM setup, same as for solving pre flop HU play with Pio, using a big flop set.

To solve for 6-handed ranges with good accuracy, you will need at least 500GB RAM."

Definitely a GTO answer. Fantastic! Thank you very much!

Just one more question: I am a complete PC noob.

https://www.cnet.com/products/hp-compaq-elite-8300-cmt-core-i7-3770-3-4-ghz-4-gb-1-tb-b2d12utaba/

This is my PC. Am I limited in some way with Monker,Pio, GTO+?
That would simplify my decision :S

Also: Does monker have something like "node locking" too? Exploitable lines?

Can you explain what you mean by "monker are less of science and more of art when using a high level of abstraction". My intuition tells me you would not recommend it.

If you recommend GTO+ then what about preflop and multiway pots?

Thanks for the comments man, hard to express here that I am thankful but I am. Not sure if it´s grateful or thankful tho, probably both is fine LOL.

playing around nl50 nlhe cash games, mostly the fast forward format
Okay, I tend to get monkersolver because it can solve everything, especially multi way pots
pio edge seems a bit expensive and can do less than monkersolver

Hey guys,

there is monkersolver, piosolver & GTO+.
Which one should I get and why? Monkersolver can solve multiway pots, but many people still prefer PIO. Why is that? GTO+ is the cheapest and seems to do the same stuff. Am I missing something?

Also, other tools you´d recommend for studying Poker besdies Trackers, Flopzialla etc.?

Basically just looking to get a whole studying package and don´t want to miss anything or invest badly.

Thanks

(Originally posted in low stakes but I guess people here have more idea)

Post | fish9722 posted in NLHE: Is Pokerstars Zoom beatable?

Seriously, are there people who beat the rake on ps on let's say 50z + with a wr above 3bb/100?
Or are these people literally 2% of the whole pool?
Is pokerstars beatable?
Is online poker for profit dead on stars?

But whats the point of calling a weakish 4bet with AJ when you fold on this board?
I don't see it?
Isn't it exploitable if he gets you to fold an Ace on A T 6 6 ?
Ofc in 50z, the home of the nits, it is a fold but theoretically the fold seems bad to me at least.
But you said explo fold so I mean then its ok imo.

I tried Unibet today and have to say NL50 cash feels like nl10z on stars

July 2, 2018 | 7:34 p.m.

Never heard about that one but at first glance it looks very nice!
200% bonus als very welcome

July 1, 2018 | 9:25 p.m.

Somebody any recommendations?
I am searching for a site to switch to from ps.
Some sites I know are PartyPoker, Unibet, Ignition, Natural8 ?
On pp a hud isn't allowed, right?

Just cbet whole range for 1/3 ?
And polarize on the turn mayb
Not a fan of checking anything honestly.

He has a hard time calling multiple barrels unless he has AQ or improves on the turn. And on the turn you can polarize between betting your bluffs with outs, and value hands and check call strong hands /check fold bottom of your range.
On this board i believe you should be very aggressive, he will fold a ton on the turn/river.
Also villain dependent. If he plays like 30/22 and never folds to 3bets and is generally aggressive I would sometimes check just to leave him some space to bluff off all his trashy holdings.
Against a very nitty player I'd also not bluff that much since these guys sometimes have unexpected holdings in this spot, for example QQ or AK which won't fold.
I think you should also say what limits you play.
With KK I'd bet 1/3 on the flop and check turn if not for specific villain. Calling turn bet depends on the turn card. (How many draws are there? ) If many I'd snap call. Then on the river I' evaluate. Bad river cards I'd fold, good ones I'd call. (depends on sizing too). Also I'd ask myself what hands he would go for value with because most of his Ax would check probably. Obviously not AQ.
Honestly I have no clue, thats why I play micros 50Nlz
Really interested in hearing some thoughts about my thoughts. :)

I grinded from NL2 to NL50z on ps so I know the pools very well. I would not call the river in NL10z. People here are fishy and play face up. Don't give them credit for thinking about your range and that you have little K in your range. They play their hand like it is and not think in ranges. For that reason I would make an exploitable fold here.

Okay guys one more question:

Pokersnowie gives great advice for situations when there is only one raiser.
For example Snowie advices you to call 77 but not 66 against UTG open when Hero is on the BTN. But what if for example the CO calls. Does it make a difference?
Are there any solutions for that and if how can i get those?

What´s up with the small blind limping strategy? Anyone does that?

Post | fish9722 posted in NLHE: Preflop ranges

Can i just take Poker Snowie´s preflop ranges and play them by default?
Am I doing something wrong with just learning them by heart and using them 100%?
Is it fine to 3b pot size and open raise half pot size?
Even theoretically at higher stakes?
And after learning them what would be the next step to better my preflop game?

Or do I get this info in the essential package which I will get tomorrow and update to elite once i will have watched every essential vid and learnt the content?

June 23, 2018 | 6:10 a.m.

Okay thank you guys. I hope the elite stuff is not too advanced for me, since I never used a solver, only some flopzilla.
I thought the elite package is for mid stakes+ and essential for micros, thats why i am asking.

Do I need pio solver to get most out of the elite package or am I fine without. I am a student and my life roll is not that huge to say the least.

Post | fish9722 posted in NLHE: Essential or Elite for me?

Hey guys,

I am fairly new to poker, but am beginning to take the game very seriously.
I grind 50Nlz on Pokerstars and have a 3bb/100 win rate over 150k hands.
My question is what package would be better for me to improve. Right now, I am just playing with intuition and simple math (pot odds, implied odds...) I don´t have any real knowledge about why I am doing what. I only think in basic stuff, for example "this boards hits my range better", etc..
Should i start with the essential package or directly try out elite?
For the next two months i plan on studying 6-8/h per day.
