The 42.86 refers to % of the defense range or that we have to call if we have 42.86 of equity?

One thing I have taken from my game is the call of the SB, im "always" 3beting hands when I play this position, except when I'm playing very deep.

I think you could mix some HH mtt with this video format. I would like to see more 3bet/flatting range against early positions.

Also a video of defending small blind is great because i dont have a flatting range in mid/late game, just in early game stage.

7:46: KQs flat on mp vs utg+1 open. What kind of hands do you like to flat on this spot balancing with premium hands? I usually don't have flatting range on this spot (just 3betting suited and offsuited broadways) but for sure its a leak.

2:33: About defending QTs vs BTN 3bet, I usually fold to a 3bet under 25bbs due to post-flop stack sizes (spr) and in this spot being out of position. Im thinking this may be a leak from my part.

About the A8o open from UTG, with this stack size between 13~20bb, i´m opening basically this range (88+, ATs+, A5s-A2s, KJs+, QJs, ATo+, KJo+). It flops well, with strong blockers and keeps my range balanced..
Do you think i should be opening a little lighter as you did or its because represents strenght with an ace blocker? With that in mind we could open A2o, or even K7o, etc. (strong blocker) too..
Maybe im missing these spots of stealing from early position according with the dynamics of the table..

34:36: after bb defends, why not cbet this board with K high? As played, on the turn, i dont think if he had K he should bet that size, so i would have called to. And on the river, as you said, he polarizes his range.
