Take away from the Quizzes
Thinking for my perspective strengthen,i think that how I deny compromising situation.
So some quizzes showed me that more evaporate cold-call range &3b call OOP(more 3b/4b) different to genelally speakings.
I used snowie at those time,for example QQ at EP,raised in and got 3bet by In-position player,snowie said that "call 3b and if there aren't overcard at flop, you should calldown at river"
To some extent of GTO is like that,but human can't take perfect line of GTO,so I think that I need to take more simplify strat&reduce the loss-EV actions.

To summary for strengthen perspective
1.simple taking strategy
2.If you can't decide taking strategy(you can't be confident that strategy),you should decompose why causing confuse(how do i understand like that situation) and would make me do locking strategy(for simple taking)

biggest leak is turn&river versus station players.
so my strategy(pio unlocked) is super-wide(high freq) CB at 3Bpot and SRP with IP.
But station never fold something weak make hand even if river CB(triple bullet)
One of the cause red line downside is bleeding vs stations.

the most confused is that I played with solid strategy at super-soft table but never won.(if that strategy is not the most exploitative
environment but i don't think until I played with the loser strategy...?)

update.
I received advices,I changed playing site from stars to regendly super soft site(party poker).
MPN doesn't permit make account in my country normal method(I don't want to disguise my country,if possible)

It's clear extremely bad.
The reason of low C-bet freq at OOP is that OOP in SRP my strategy is non-CB strategy OTF(obeying piounlocked)
Steal success rate is lower than stars same stakes.(especially BU)

Considering the results,but I don't understand where are my leaks and improvement points.
Preflop? I play normally playing like snowie(except BU&SB,because more easy steal blind,but BU is not so,I need to tighten up BU?)
Postflop?I play normally plaing like piounlocked,this strategy can't win at the micro???

To put it briefly,I don't know what is wrong...

now,nick provides monthly plan piounlocked.(before it was only buying out plan,first pack,second pack)
it is so reasonable(buying out price is 2000 dollar 1st&2nd,first only price i dont know because i bought 2month ago and bought 1st&2nd)

i considered playing 1-2normal tables right,so im now in las vegas(for live 2/5,obiously 1table play;)
And I found out that I did not think about the other players properly.
It is natural that one session has not been won:(

too bad regular table for some reason.
1.I can play only 4tables for maintaining quality play.(that volume is under 1 table of zoom,and if i want to maintain volume,i need 16+tables!?)
2.Many fish player never fold and i can't use 1/3pot bet(some player nearly anytime raise my CB)
3.Their action ranges are super strong(there 4bet+ almost KK+,some super loose player only had AK) and I can't fight it.But their frequency is so high,what happen????? I'm exploited????

Think prescription
1.I give up on the quantity.I need high quality play.
2&3.I restore my whole strategy.(RFI is more tighter,15,17,25,40 and CB freq down&size bigger and almost nitty fold 3bet+&postflop raises)

1 is not good,but I have no choice.
2&3,I have to divide problems.
Loose RFI is not bad if my raise called,but 3bet+ is so sick because their range super nitty(3-5%?),if loose RFI & many fold 3bet(over 66%),My stats is looked super nitty vs 3bet by regs and they start 3bet any2.
CB size&freq is the biggest problem,especially calling stations&relentless raise CB man.
Depending on players,use different strategy?(but it's not simplification...)

some update.
I saw and study again pio unlocked pack1(this is 8times!)
and I got advices especially nitty play and so defence wide range,RFI widen,and CBfreqency is wide.
After the session (every 30mins),I checked and studied using pio like the unlocked.
And down the stakes,but short result is so bad...;(
I need winrate at least +10bb/100(because nick's middle stakes winrate is about that ,so if i didn't win the lower stakes,i wouldn't up the stakes)

Tight play is so bad.

It's a shortage volume,but clearly bad.
This is caused by bleeding postflop,so I raised bigger&tighter and missed flop xf or missed bluff.
I return normal RFI strategy&down stakes(my bankroll is dameged this session);(

I thought rake somethings.
If rake is huge,one of choices is trimming my RFI range and bigger raise(like live-casino's poker)

My database said steal success rate is about 42-43%(CO,BU) and 53%(SB)
If I do extremely wide steal,EV is...
(BU,CO)EV= 1.5(steal success freq) - (raise size)(resteal freq) + (some flop eq)
assumption:flop eq is 0(simplify) and raise 2.1bb
EV=1.50.43 - 2.1(resteal freq)
if resteal freq is higher than 30.61%,my steal is not profitable.(clearly it is profitable)
and SB's raise size is normally 3bb.
EV=1*0.53 - 2.5(resteal freq)
same calculate and result is 21.2% resteal(some regs resteal over 21%,its sometimes may not be profitable?)
