KTs sometimes is call, but it depends of BB. With KTo it is easy 3bet or fold preflop.

I think fold is fine, but you didn't show any statistic about his agression postflop. 3bet 6,7% BTN vs HJ mean that his range is polarised. Your range looks like 99-JJ and sometimes he is bluffing you.
