I say don't give away your reads as standard, 50nl is fine for what you are teaching. Or move up to 200 and then play 100 on videos :). It would be nice to hear how you use HUD stats to influence the decisions and strategies, so for that purpose some hand history reviews from your normal limit might be appropriate - you could show it in some kind of "forum" format that doesn't show the villain names and just say the relevant stats etc.
