Isn't his flop bet sizing trying to induce a shove from short stacker and his turn play is setting an all in situation OTR? Can we get away from this hand OTR?

Hi Tom, I am both new to runitonce and to plo and have a question about 35:15 hand (A7A2).
Your bet sizing is on the smaller side on all streets, do you think he might be bluffraising you because he perceives your small bets as weakness? Because if he does, I think this can be exploited very easily. Can you comment a little bit about how to gather reads about how people react to different bet sizings? Do you think one single hand is enough to develop such a read?

a 12/4 guy willl have way more suited aces than non suited aces. Easy but painful fold imo.
