Its easy to marry hands but its hard to divorce them....u should open a deck of cards pull out two aces and practice folding them....I get that he flatted a 3bet oop but when he c/r the turn what story is he trying to tell u...theres no value in him doing this w/o a made hand cuz given the stack sizes he cant bluff u...its a bad call and even worse shove...aa is the best pair u can get but remember it is only 1 pair....

A couple things..for one ur oop vs the 4bet that's y i like a small 5bet especially cuz its bvb... ur the one at a disadvantage but u have a strong hand....if he 6 bets then u asses when the time comes....if u take the route u took I dont mind a c/r otf...for one u have an overpair and for two hes BB w a random hand...if he flats ur c/r then u could b up against a set or kk aa....as for the check ott that's fine....I just feel like his cards r on their backs on the river he has ak aq aj 90% of the time the other 10% he has some weird underpair...I just say a little more aggression would've gotten u a little more value esp postflop....

Just a question y not check behind out...when he c/c the turn it says I have something a draw small pair etc...I know its a nitty play but vs a psychopath I like a check back cuz then if u do hit Broadway he is first to act and w/o any info he might lead all rivers especially scary ones....imo bloating the pot vs a complete donkey is neg every cuz u know hes never folding even a high....

C/f the river is absurd...it may b the worst full house but its still a full house...checking the river is not horrible but with the intention of folding to a bet is rediculous....y r u playing if ur gonna fold a boat on the river....u should b leading out here since ur oop and he might check behind and when that happens ur losing a ton of value....river bet should b anywhere from half pot to 60% to get weaker hands to call...in poker u have to maximize profits and minimize losses....u do that and ull b profitable long term....

I think im folding the turn....I dont want to but im gonna take the pf and flop call as a loss and im gonna give up...seeing how we have no history with the villain leads me to believe if u flat or shove hes not gonna lay it down and u could potentially lose a buy in...when u shove here u dont know where u r in terms of equity.....

Q5 is not a profitable 3bet resteal...he needs to b 3betting a lot more often and his vpip needs to b higher in order for us to b 3 or 4betting with garbage...u have to fight fire w fire not fire with a water gun...ull never win...as far as BB hands that r good to resteal with r any pair and anything suited or connected no more then one or two gappers...ur oop u need strength to make moves...from the co or btn is a different story...and remember dont fall in love with ur hand just cuz ur the aggressor and u hit 2nd pair...when he is flating ur raise and then ur bet u have to ask urself y would he b flating here...its one of two things hes either strong or hes setting up a bluff for a later street...and when u give up on the turn it doesn't matter if its for value or a bluff u have to ask urself if I make this call how big is the call im going to have to make on the river going to b and is my hand strong enough to make that call and if the answer is no its either time for a check raise or time to dump it and wait for a better spot....

Once again position position position and hand selection...ur watching to many tom dwan videos...those plays he makes are versus thinking players who r pros...my point is q5dd has little to no equity postflop vs someone who calls a 3bet in position...i get that ur trying to resteal but u should b very careful doing that w such a weak hand and as the BB....having said that u and i know that these players at these stakes will never fold 2ndpr/tk...u will never b able to bluff him off of that hand at these stakes....NEVER!!!...ur plan was to resteal but then postflop u flat twice....a check raise either on the flop or ott would throw up some red flags on his end... if ur going to steal or resteal pf u cant go soft postflop...ur basically telling him okay its cool to take me to value town on 2 or more streets cuz i dont want to lose my pf investment so ill just c/c flop and turn then check the river...if ur putting money into the pot postflop by just calling after u 3bet oop u look very weak...if ur plan is aggression this hand then be aggresive...in my opinion ur story in this hand is not credible...c/r the flop then reassess if he flats....i get that the k on the turn lowers the chances that he has a k in his range but that to me is ur excuse for not seeing the bigger overall picture....

A couple things...#1 i might consider limping utg with ajo because if u make it 3x then CO or BTN 3 bets to $1 and u decide to call and u get the same flop aax u could have kicker problems. #2 lets say u make it 3x and CO calls which he did the problem with leading out here is that if he goes crazy by raising pot and/or shoves once again u could b facing a decision where ur kicker could b a problem and there r going to b so many more spots in the future for u to outplay people ip that i dont believe u should b bloating the pot w aj oop. but since u decided to double barrel then check the river, ur basically giving up and hes taking advantage of this by over shoving and polarizing his range. its a tough fold here but do u want to call a 2.2X pot river bet hoping he doesnt have aq ak a2 a4 44 22 kk...NO!!!!...like i said it sucks but i feel u put urself into this position...i guarantee if u limp/call pf, c/c flop, then ott if he doesnt have it when u check he will check behind if hes not strong and ull have the opportunity to bet for value oop on the river with the intent of if he raises the river ull have a better understanding of where hes at based on previous hand history....IMO pay attention to position and rather then making decisions based on his actions u take control of the hand...

C/f is the only decision u should make cuz this wet of a board u can only hope to get value from 88-jj which he will most likely b folding the turn when faced with a bet...and if u lead out and he calls and any straight card any heart any diamond hits the river ur in no mans land....its a classic situation where hes only calling a turn bet with better or a lot of equity...its not worth the lead out bet on that board texture....
Given that u didnt 3bet oop with a strong hand that was ur first mistake...having said that his story makes no sense....I think he has something like kk qq and hes betting ip to set his own price...then when u lead the riv on this board he thinks ur bluffing so he overbets the pot....I say snap call....
