Sometimes for me it seems like they bluff a lot in big pots in NL5, specially in weekends. So I really struggle in when to call or fold the river with a good hand

Considering the statistics villain's range of 3b is considerably small, so he is probably 3betting for value here. I think it's not a big mistake to call the 3bet pre flop although you can fold fine as well. On the flop, I'm not sure what is the best line to play out of position here (x/c or bet/call or x/f) but when you bet and villain raises I think you should fold. Not easy to fold here with top pair but I don't see too many hands you are ahead. On turn, definitely fold.

Definitely you should have 3bet pre flop. On the flop I think the bet could be a bit smaller too and when the villain raise the turn I think you are not ahead of almost anything. He is not gonna call flop and then raise turn with KQ for example. He is not gonna do this with flush draw either (my assumption). So, either he's got set (88,22) or sometimes two pairs like 84 of hearts. I don't think he is gonna just call pre flop with AA, KK and QQ.

Fold is the best option. It is a very polarized over bet and blinds are too small. There is no need to get involved in a big pot like this in early stages. additionally, JJ+ is not in the range because if he had JJ+ he would certainly have raised pre flop. Last, you should adjust your 3 bet pre-flop to at least 3 times the big blind.
