Enjoyed the video and analysis... perhaps could be made even better if some of the work was done up front allowing a more concise summary of some of the surprising and perhaps unexpected results from Pio in different situations... but overall great stuff...would enjoy seeing additional similar videos, where each explores a theme, as this one has with SB vs BTN 3bet pots... Thanks for your insights...

Hi Daniel, great video on a number of levels... I really like a video like this which helps you to simplify the process of determining what to bet with and what to call with when you are considering your range and villain's range... Also, love the demonstration of 3 different ways to choose what to call with and helping to understand how much EV different choices could be costing you... Really enjoyed the demonstration of how you use CREV and some of the latest new additions to it... I did run this scenario on Pio, and one interesting point was that Pio likes a pot size bet on the turn a lot more than the half pot bet size with most hands...what do you make of that? Also Pio seems to like check raising on the flop a lot with hands like KQ and KJ by BB... Would love to see more videos like this...

Awesome video Nick... I really enjoyed your analysis of how our perceptions and assumptions can be analyzed and once understood can help us exploit our opponents... I think videos like this are some of the most valuable types, we can all read a Pio output, but it's a lot tougher to understand what's behind Pio and GTO play and how our assumptions about how are opponents are playing versus GTO can be used to exploit them...

On the mental side I completely agree with you... I think taking a week or two off to work on and digest new insights into the game can be huge, or just to get a much needed break... but I also think that really doing serious work with Jared Tendler's books on Mental Filter, and really analyzing and working on all of the different ways each of us can tilt can pay huge dividends in allowing us to plow through without tilting when we would do better to keep playing... I think a fear of tilting is not the right reason to be taking long breaks, unless it is to work on what is mentally causing us to tilt...or because we've recently learned a whole lot of new stuff and aren't sure how to fit it into our game...

Really a great video Zach, one of the best I've seen...I like the use of node locking and how you think their strategy might look and how folding certain hands exploits it and actually putting a number on how much calling with AKs loses against their perceived strategy... I'm not sure I agree that people play passively when checked to in that situation, maybe at higher levels of the game it changes, but I see a lot of people auto bet when you check to them on that flop, figuring that you will give up to them a lot there or that at least you won't be able to call 1-A...also not sure how often people call with 87o pre-flop there... but I heartily applaud your methodology and analysis...

Great video, I like this length or more in depth... focused on whatever conclusions you think are key coming from PIO...I've been quite surprised at how often PIO does favor full pot bets on draw heavy boards or large check raises when OOP... even in 3bet pots I've seen that PIO often favors full size bets on semi-wet boards which include flush draws...

Hey Tyler, great video, very interesting stuff... it seems like the moral of the story is that we need to be careful in the assumptions we make about what hands are still in our opponents range on the river, because small mistakes there could lead to large overbetting mistakes...

Hey Tyler, great video, I really enjoyed it... I think all the new info available from analyzing these types of situations while sometimes being a little overwhelming, gives incredible insights into optimal strategy... I'd love to see more similar videos...
