I want some advice what to learn for my next online game. In last 15 months I was playing spin and go format up to 10$ in a stable, but after my contract ended I didnt felt grinding this format so I decided maybe it is time to learn a new game more seriously. I have a full time job, so my playing time is around 60hours/month. In MTTs I think there is still a lot of recreationals to exploit what about PLO cash games in 2022? I appreciate all valuable advices.

Hi, I would like to have an overall look what kind of hand to open from which position in a 6max PLO cash game, somehow I didnt find any number regarding this. There is so much info on NLH opening hands but almost 0 on PLO hands. Does anyone know the % from each position? I have the PPT Odds Oracle, and since I have the % I can look at what hands belongs to that number. Or any other suggestions how to study preflop ranges? Ty for any advice and suggestions :)
