I appreciate the video and agree with you very much. I especially like the last slide on poker-life balance. Even though im a Pro, i consider it very important to be also a 'player' not just a 'grinder', which includes the enjoyment aspect

Questioning wether Sauce is winning in this pool seems quite ridiculous to me. The guy posted videos relatively recently where he open sat 25/50 or 50/100 and had a hard time finding opponents willing to play. Also played Llinus at HU NL10k or something just for fun. So calling him out like «show your graph to prove you’re still winning» doesn’t seem appropriate.
Also i think you will find all the answers you need by watching more of his content. He is saying in this video (!) that lower stakes and softer pools allow for much bigger exploitative deviations. He has other videos where he plays nl50 and adjusts, and in his 500z videos he talks about how he is adjusting to player tendencies by tweaking his frequencies instead of making heavy deviations like playing a «call everything» or «fold everything» strategy, in order not to be exploitable for other regs.

Youre a fantastic addition to Runitonce, love all the videos so far!

Dont understand this comment, I find Luke's videos very unique and helpful, dont care wether he explains me the small 3bet - the coaches are not required to harm their own winrate by making videos

8min: maybe this is just results-oriented but would it be crazy to call river here with K3cc? seems to me you beat all bluffs, unblock T9/J9/JT and he's probably not bluffing with either the king of clubs or the 3 of clubs, and blocking a heart doesn't seem relevant once he blockbets either

thanks, I liked the format and would like to see more

at 14:30 in the flush over flush hand you criticise BB's flop play, raising over your raise. So should BB mainly continue by calling in this situation instead of reraising? Seems like a very complicated spot. what to do with 8s8x, KsTx, 97s, type of hands? Would be interested to hear your thoughts on the best strategy for bb. just continue very tight and reraise very polar? thanks, love to see your 500z videos as always

at 11:30 when you say: "at this stage the bounty should be worth around 7 to 8k", how do you come up with this number? thanks?

i have a similar question, how do you setup sims including bounties in HRC? thanks

love all your videos! you have a great, calm, simple and understandable way of talking through hands, also love that you don't try to hide spots where you are unsure and adress how dynamic some of these spots can be.

Great series, loved all the videos so far.
At 30:20 you show your Xback range in BB vs Igors 16bb limp bvb. I was pretty surprised to see the offsuit broadways in your Xback range aswell as a bunch of other possible jams vs his limp like K2s, 65s type hands. I know it's a pretty vast topic but could you tell a little bit about how you approach this spot and why you decide to checkback these hands?
Thanks and looking forward to the next ones

at 16:30 minutes you play this hand where you 3bet then 5bet all in. Are you not afraid of losing him with this pretty large jam? Is this a very standard jam for you or would you mix in flats vs his 4bet? In your experience does he just call of so much of his 4bet range that jamming is the best play?
Thanks for the great video as always

just watch the video again. seems like you misunderstood a lot of his comments. His explanations to the hands you are referencing actually seemed to make a lot of sense.

jungleman even said himself in the video that he misscounted stackssizes in the 55 hand and should've folded pre -> which then tilted him even more

Hey Chris thanks for the video! at 21:00 you minraise ATo into patricks 2bb stack. Might this not be a spot to just go all in covering everybody, since patrick is going to call any2? This way you get the pot HU alot vs him instead of having the 2 players IP call or raise to isolate for his bounty. Or are the stacks too deep for this play? Thanks

Fantastic video, thanks. Could you please tell me how the graphs in the beginning of the video were made? Kind regards

Very glad to see you move up to elite, your prior videos where the only essential videos I watched because of their great quality. Showing results is important and I agree that it help to see all the results but getting promoted to elite has (obviously) a lot more to do with quality of training content and yours is outstanding.

I did stop the video in the Q9 hand on the river to ask myself the same question, how best to maximize vs our opponent. I think it is close between check or block, but i do prefer block a bit cause BBs range still has a lot of 1pair Ax. I guess that the relevant decision points are a)wether BB calls a lot vs block with 1 pair Ax and b) wether his bluffing frequency does go down a lot vs a block as opposed to vs a check.
My assumption is that we can get value from 1pair Ax and that we still see bluffs vs the block.
You mention in the end that you dont think BB will call a small bet with A5, and then i agree the check is better.
Very interesting hand and very interesting video overall, as always!

hey oblioo, I also was still interested in the hand and decided to run a sim after your comment (which is of course not very precise since the hand started 3way und BB should never lead HU vs EP on this board) However I think it still might be informative to look at the river raises vs the bet bet bet line from bb: AhKx and AhQx are mixing call and raise about 50/50 whereas AxKh and AxQh almost never raise. AhTx is a pure call, but the combos that you named - AcTh and AdTh - raise 65% of the time and call the rest of the time. Ben's hand (KxQh) only raises 13% of the time in the sim so I think Ben was pretty spot on in game and with his response above but your hunch seems correct aswell since the AxTh combos mix raise and call and KxQh raises at a small frequency

Hey Ben thanks for the great video as always.!
at 4:00 left table you fold KcQh to the river bet, what kind of hands would you choose to bluffraise on this river vs his bet?
at 18:00 I was wondering wether the BB player should rather call turn with A6 with the Ace of spades or without it? the As blocks turn bluffs but adds EV for river bluff raises so this spot always confuses me.
