Hi guys. What is the best time to start MTT session ?

I played in 5 rooms, but basicaly main room is pokerstars.
Right now i start playing from 17:00 MSK and register at the tournamets up to 21-22:00 MSK.
My session end is around 3:00 MSK.
I'm worried about night playing, natural biorhythm and etc.

What do u think ?
