I did the same evaluation as you did in your video with the same filters, and it seems my ratio of flopping best hands is 4.55% (lifetime) in comparison to your 5.81%. Does this mean I've been running under expectation over my 220k hands played?

Great point at the beginning and welcome to RIO! Do you do anything before your sessions, like a routine? For the past few months I’ve studied using the GTO Wizard’s trainer for about an hour before I play. Bad thing is, I find that it makes me not want to play as much because I get more mentally fatigued before my session.

How do I study playing against recreationals? I play very solver based in my pool of anonymous players, because I have no reads. Versus assumed recreationals though, I do play my value much faster, and try to put money in as most of them hate folding. Any tips on how to play better against them?

After 34k hands at 25NL zone (beating for 9.5bb/100), I finally have 30bi for 50NL zone.

Do you think these two player pools are much different from one another? Should I just play solid poker as I try to usually?
