Theres no way a 4bet fold strategy will work above nl100 after a few hands vs regs unless they are braaindead which make them " fish regs " which is completly different

do you think it is mandatory to bluff the 96o hand BB vs SB on that board? Like are u not bluffing too much if you're bluffing that hand? and is the float even worth on that board with such a weak hand?
